Kali Beauty offers a 30-day return policy on most merchandise.

All hair extensions, chemical products, make-up and accessories, are final sale and not returnable. We do not accept returns for final sale items, discontinued items, clearance items, special order items or wholesale merchandise.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service Team via our Customer Service Hot Line phone number at: (844) 742-2244 or email us at: customerservice@kalibeauty.com to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.

All returns requests must be made within a 30-day period after the purchase date. Any packages sent to us after the 30-day return period will not be accepted.

ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Kali Beauty is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 1 business day to process. All orders received on Saturday & Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.

*Note: Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO may take longer based on address.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders with standard shipping will ship via USPS . Please allow 2-4 business days for standard shipping.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:
During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying dollar value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions.

*These packages will be delivered by USPS.

ATTENTION:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION MAY TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS IN OUR WAREHOUSE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Expedited orders shipped via FedEx 2 Day or Standard Overnight must allow the 1 business day processing time before shipping. Due to shipping restrictions, some products are not eligible for expedited shipping.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as Kali Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:
All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.

Due to shipping regulations, some products are prohibited to be shipped into Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:
Unfortunately, Kali Beauty does not currently ship internationally.
